Skip an issue
An issue awaiting review, approved, scheduled or held back is not sent. Skipping one already skipped changes nothing and answers the same.
A key created in the app under Settings, API and MCP. Read keys read; Read and write keys also add, edit and delete companies, custom sources, groups and radars, and create, rename and delete folders.

Send a held-back issue now POST
An issue held back because nobody approved it in time goes now, dated the day it goes, until the next issue is put together. Sending one already approved, sending or sent changes nothing and answers the same; any other issue, or one held back too long, is a conflict.
