Remove a recipient

A subscribed recipient. One who unsubscribed or bounced stays, so the address is not added again by mistake (conflict, field status).

New addresses are subscribed; one already there is left as it is; one that unsubscribed or bounced is never subscribed again from here. At most 2,000 recipients a newsletter.
