  • latest is the latest rate held, in per cent, null until there is one. A monthly rate is dated on its month's first day.

  • changed_on: the first day of the level the latest rate holds. For ecb_deposit, the day of the last decision that moved it.

  • change_bp: basis points (+25 is a quarter of a percentage point), against the rate a week and three months before the latest for a daily rate, a month and a year before for a monthly one; null otherwise, or when that is older than the rates held.

  • year: the lowest and highest rate of the last year.

  • history: each rate, only when since is sent.
