Arrange a signal of an issue
Until the issue starts sending: in the email or on the web page only, restored if it was removed, or moved after another signal of its block. Nothing else moves.
A key created in the app under Settings, API and MCP. Read keys read; Read and write keys also add, edit and delete companies, custom sources, groups and radars, and create, rename and delete folders.

An issue held back because nobody approved it in time goes now, dated the day it goes, until the next issue is put together. Sending one already approved, sending or sent changes nothing and answers the same; any other issue, or one held back too long, is a conflict.
Remove a signal from an issue DELETE
From this issue only, until it starts sending: the radar keeps the signal, and the block does not refill.
