Approve an issue

An issue awaiting review goes out at its send time. Approving one already approved, or on its way out, changes nothing and answers the same.

One issue, with what each block carries GET

Its radar, rates and prices blocks in order, with their signals, calls for tender, rates or prices, without those removed from it.

Skip an issue POST

An issue awaiting review, approved, scheduled or held back is not sent. Skipping one already skipped changes nothing and answers the same.
