Edit a custom source

Any of name, address. Every radar searching it uses the new details from its next sweep. No sweep starts.

Delete a custom source DELETE

Every radar that searched it stops (its radar_ids say which); a radar for which it was the last source searches the open web again. The signals already found on it stay. No sweep starts.
