Refund and Cancellation Policy

Market Radar is offered on a subscription basis, billed in advance either monthly or annually, as shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. All payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as merchant of record, which issues every invoice.

Where a free trial is offered, it needs no payment details and you are never charged for it. It ends on the date shown in the app, and it does not turn into a paid subscription on its own: you choose a plan to continue.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals: your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew. Everything your radars found stays readable in your workspace. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Moving to a larger plan applies at once, and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving to a smaller plan applies at your next renewal, so nothing is refunded for the current period.

Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A refund may be issued, at our sole discretion, if a request is submitted within 14 days of the payment (transaction) date. To request a refund, email us at hello@trymarketradar.com.

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Where the consumer-protection laws of your country grant you additional or non-waivable rights, including any statutory right of withdrawal, those rights always apply and take precedence over this policy.
